Staying at Hotel Principe Torlonia had its highlights. The breakfast buffet exceeded expectations. fresh cappuccinos and a variety of delicious pastries started each day on a good note. The staff, especially Consuelo and Efisio during breakfast, were warm and welcoming, making the morning routine enjoyable. The peaceful garden area offered a lovely escape from the city's hustle, adding a touch of tranquility. However, issues arose with the room's air conditioning, which remained unresponsive despite requests for assistance. Moreover, my stay was overshadowed by noise from adjacent suites due to a lack of soundproofing, and the room itself had an unpleasant odor that couldn't be ignored. Some aspects of the hotel's amenities and services felt below a four-star standard, affecting the overall enjoyment of my stay. With some improvements, this hotel could really shine.

The charming garden was a delightful escape after busy days. The location near the Bologna metro made it easy to explore Rome's wonders, and staff ensured a warm welcome each morning.

Beautiful villa, comfortable room, with a spacious private area that features a lovely garden, making it an ideal spot for relaxation after daytime adventures using the nearby bus stop for easy transport into the city.

Nevertheless, the location had convenient access to public transport, making it easy to explore the city.

The room was spacious and quite comfy, even for our large family and beloved pet. We particularly enjoyed the nearby local shops and the accessible garden area, which was a relaxing spot for us to unwind after exploring the fantastic gelato places in the area.

The front desk service was also incredible, especially from Pietro. Daily fresh bedding, soundproofing, and heating kept things cozy. Location was near a metro and good restaurants.
